Osteopathy
Whether you’re seeking relief from discomfort, support as your body changes, or simply aiming to improve your overall well-being, osteopathy offers a holistic approach tailored to your needs.
Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy that aims to restore balance and mobility by working the musculoskeletal, cranial, and visceral systems. It is based on the principle that the body has a natural ability to self-regulate, and that any loss of mobility can cause an imbalance.
Using gentle, precise, and non-invasive techniques, osteopaths help detect and correct movement restrictions that may cause tension, discomfort, or dysfunction.
Osteopathy is a complementary approach that does not replace medical care. Osteopaths are not doctors and will not make medical diagnoses.
Osteopathy can benefit people of all ages at all stages of life.
For infants and children, it can help relieve colic, regurgitation, sleep disturbances, and chronic ear infections, and support the development of healthy posture.
For pregnant women, osteopathy relieves common pregnancy discomforts (e.g., back pain, sciatica, heaviness, digestive issues) and prepares the body for childbirth.
For athletes, it helps prevent injuries, improve recovery, and optimize performance by promoting muscle and joint balance.
Osteopathy can help with a wide range of issues:
- Muscle and joint pain (e.g., back, neck, shoulders, knees)
- Digestive issues
- Headaches and migraines
- Stress and fatigue
- Pregnancy or postpartum discomfort

With more than 18 years of experience in healthcare, I began my career as a dental hygienist. I worked in private dental clinics for more than 16 years, developing extensive expertise in oral health. During that time, I had the privilege of working alongside dentists and professionals who inspired me, contributing to my personal and professional growth.
Seeing how stress, bruxism, and musculoskeletal disorders impacted my patients’ health, I was driven to deepen my understanding of the human body. Motivated by helping people on their wellness journey, I expanded my practice and pursued training in osteopathy—a field I am just as passionate about.
Since 2019, I have been practising osteopathy with a caring, focused, and personalized approach, grounded in a holistic view of health. I help people regain balance through treatments tailored to their physical, postural, and functional needs to help relieve tension and discomfort.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your path to wellness.
